These terms cover your use of Pylon, a draft assistant for Sleeper fantasy football leagues. By using Pylon, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

The service is provided "as is"

Pylon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Draft recommendations, projections, tiers, value scores, and survival percentages are all estimates built from public data and statistical models. They are not guarantees of how a real draft, game, or season will play out. You use them, and make your own draft decisions, entirely at your own risk.

Not affiliated with Sleeper or the NFL

Pylon is an independent, unofficial companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper or the National Football League. It reads publicly available data through Sleeper's own API and nothing more.

Accounts

Pylon offers two kinds of accounts: guest accounts (created anonymously with just a Sleeper username, no password) and full accounts (created or upgraded with an email and password). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials, if any, secure.

A known limitation: if you register a full account with an email that already has an existing account, guest data is not automatically merged onto it. You'll be asked to log in to the existing account instead, and any leagues, drafts, or queue entries saved under the guest session will not carry over automatically.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from Pylon outside of normal use of the app.
• Attempt to bypass, exceed, or interfere with any rate limits placed on the service or on the underlying Sleeper API access.
• Abuse the AI-powered advice endpoints, for example by sending automated or excessive requests intended to overload the service or run up its costs.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with other users' access to it.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Pylon, for any account, if we believe in good faith that the account has violated these terms or is being used to abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pylon and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including but not limited to lost fantasy leagues, missed waiver claims, or draft outcomes you're unhappy with. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, which, since Pylon currently charges nothing, is zero.

No subscriptions or payments yet

Pylon does not currently have a live checkout, subscription plan, or payment processor. There are no billing terms to agree to today because there is nothing to purchase. If and when paid plans launch, these terms will be updated with the relevant pricing and billing terms before checkout goes live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use Pylon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
